But, then, Mr. Rayus adds, "Or, maybe, I'm seen as truly innocent, and always
filled with wonder, and so, some of the directors see me as owning a nature
which is a good match up with our little learners here at this school."
Hearing this, Mr. Fixit says in a soft tone of voice, "Thank you, Sir, for your nat-
ural trust; and for that you would share your feelings with me. Let me assure you,
Mr. Rayus, that your sensibilities are not for me to be a meddler, and, that I know
a rumour involves much more noise than a good signal pointing out the truth. Be-
ing with you here, I've yet to hear you mumble and, for me, 'wondering,' is more
than a simple passtime; in fact, I find myself wondering just before I figure out the
right way to fix a thing. So, don't ever believe that wondering is a waste of time."
With this now said, Mr. Rayus leans forward in his chair and, with a happy little
smile and a sparkle in his eye, he tells Mr. Fixit, "Well, even if a few of the di-
rectors might not be able to see a situation from my point of view, ..., uh~mm,
..., they may not be able to see where I am coming from, ..., after everything
is said and done, all of the directors together, seeing eye to eye, must have said,
'aye aye,' when each, and all, met and agreed to select me to be the Principal of
this school, ..., uh~m, ..., albeit, an Elementary School, ..., so, for now, I wish
to believe that these few must have come around to see, with the others, that,
for me to be here now, is good."
Hearing Mr. Rayus voice this conclusion, Mr. Fixit chimes in with, "Knowing
