"Yes, Miss Tickle, I see." says Elisha; "But after when Mr. Fixit fixes the way
Mr. One'stone visits here, then you could use that way too; O.K.?" Nodding her
head while looking at each student in her group, Miss Tickle agrees, "Yes Elisha,
as soon as possible. I find talking with a person who looks like they are stuck in
the 'Glow and Tell' window of a 'Talking Door' to be really old fashioned."
Now, looking at Mr. Rayus looking like he is stuck inside of the 'Glow and Tell'
window of her learning room door, Miss Tickle says, "But old-fashion or not, a
teacher needs to speak with the Principal whenever a visit to the learning room
has come about. So, my fine little learners, now that Mr. Rayus is showing over
there now, as a glowing image in the window of our 'Talking Door,' know that
Mr. Rayus is now here, with us, to speak with us; and, since Mr. Rayus is the
new Principal of our school, we all should listen ..., to hear what he has to tell."
"Welcome to my learning room Mr. Rayus," begins Miss Tickle, "and thank you
for your patience. But, in all honesty, Mr. Rayus, making your presence known,
as if out of nowhere, by making the door to my learning room sound like it was
talking to me, was a bit of a startle. Especially, since the 'Tele-Verse' device was
turned off a while ago; some time before I became a teacher here at this school."
"I remember when it was turned off because my Uncle Chomplee put together the
first 'Tele-Verse' device ever assembled. In fact, I went to a fancy dinner with my
